The service
Locyvo is a software tool for organizing and managing phone-recovery requests. Locyvo does not guarantee that any given phone can be located, and does not promise an exact or real-time position. Results depend on factors outside our control, including network conditions and the device itself.
Permitted use
You may only submit a phone number when you have the authorization and consent required by applicable law. You may not use Locyvo for stalking, harassment, surveillance without consent, or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that breach this section.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed at $29 per month or $290 per year. A 3-day trial is available for $1 and converts to the selected plan unless cancelled. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time from your account.
Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
