Trial charge
The 3-day trial is a $1 charge. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be billed for the full plan.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refund requests
If you were charged in error, or a technical fault prevented you from using the service, contact info@locyvo.com within 14 days of the charge and include your account email and the transaction date. We review each request and respond in writing.
Non-refundable situations
Charges are not refunded where the plan was used as intended for the billing period, or where the account was suspended for a breach of our terms.
